Hi. I’m CJ

I'm an engineer and technical leader with a long history in building web applications and strengthen engineering teams' process and strategy. I love the craft and unrelenting in my passion for well-built software.

Most of my career has been spent in tech lead and architect roles with a mix of contributor and leadership roles in building for the web. I've lived at an intersection of engineering, DX, design, marketing and product in a last few gigs and currently thinking about AI strategy and harnessing and trying to figure out what the future of dev looks like.

Outside of work, I'm a enjoying the Austin nightlife, big Cleveland sports fan, play guitar, learning photography, and fiddling around with my homelab.
